#99 of Hanna Is Not a Boy's Name!That's right. NINETY FUCKING NINE. OH yeah. And now I'm going away for four-five days so no strips until Tuesday for sure. BUT I will be back with full steam and REFRESHED hands and eyes.

Well done page, I like the pregression of color to black and white. Almost insightful, seeing as that bar Ples and Lee are at is somewhere along space between place of death and {...}'s head. The only thing confusing is progression of Lee talking to Ples, just because of the long connection from bubble, but then that wasn't so bad, I figured it out pretty quick between speech. It's a highly interesting concept, and the characters are fun and interesting.
I have to say I don't like all the language. If anything, it's the biggest turn-off for me.

This page rocks. I love how you colored Lee's hair, and the flat colors for the "inside the head" world really work.
And Ominous Ples is Most Ominous. I kinda get a non-malicious bad-guy vibe from him in those last two panels. Like he's a harbinger of doom, but he doesn't mean to upset people. Does that make any sense?
I just finished rereading Good Omens, and that's the sense I get from the four horsemen: it's in their nature to mess things up, but they don't really mean to hurt anybody's feelings when they do what they do.

I love the b/w panels, and only partially because - after all the hype - it's Ples! And y'know, I gotta say - especially after all the hype - I'm loving his intro. Appropriately creepy/mysterious, and not at all ". . .oh, really? Just that?" (I'll admit: 'cause he's been a "COMING SOON~!" guy for so long, I was a little afraid he'd come in and wouldn't live up to all the hype. I should've known that wouldn't happen, especially with HNaBN. C: )
