Wait. . . I think I understand Lee being there no (after re-reading this page a bunch of times). Lee!Ghost is still at the theater and they still need to find the pelt to free him, or something. Lee was never taken care of. (sorry if anyone finds this stupid for pointing this out) Yet no matter how many times I read this page I'm still confused as to what exactly happened with Conrad. I realize he turned into a bat, but the panel under his transformation panel (oh God, now I'm imagining Conrad doing a Sailor Moon [or any anime] transformation D8) throws me off and I don't quite get it. So far in the series this is the only time I have been confused as to what characters are doing/where are they. Oh, and vampire chick (I can never remember her name and I'm too lazy to look it up) looks a bit different in this page. At least to me.

I think the panel you're talking about is meant to show that his momentum carried him forward and he doesn't know how to fly yet, so he just bounced on the ground. Poor Conbat.
