Sorry for the lazy horrible quality on the scans but it's in a tiny spiral sketchbook and trying to get the NONshadow was gonna be a pain. So I just was really lazy and left them all, and instead of posting them individually I STUFFED THEM ALL INTO ONE for your viewing pleasure. AREN'T YOU LUCKY.I have that sketchbook for work mostly. On my lunches or my breaks I just doodle away in it, and this is only a very small portion of it, mostly cos I ended up liking these in some way or another at least a little.
Will probably move to scraps soon!

oh gosh, the wrench. Have I mentioned that men + tools = <3<3? No, I haven't. But now I have.
Also, Hanna's little tooth when he says "CONRAAD~" makes me want to write a fic where he's turned into a five-year-old and Conrad has to take care of him. As if it changes anything about the story except that now Hanna can't actually drink, lol.

I just figured this out like, yesterday: If you wanna get rid of those kind of shadows on top, in a high-contrast image like this, you can do a brightness/contrast or levels adjustment layer until the white gets washed out. this will also wash out some of the black, though, but if you put a mask on the levels layer then you can apply it to only the part with the shadows without hurting the rest of the page, and it takes like, two seconds, without much hurting the picture.
also, these are some kickass doodles. I wish my pen sketches looked this good.

Oh, and OMG Zombie. The first thing I thought when I saw that was "Oh shit. Somebody's gonna get beat tonight."
He has that faraway, slightly calculating look on his face like he's figuring out a difficult golf shot. Except he's really figuring out how to swing the wrench for maximum damage, and probably into the face of someone who's threatening Hanna.

Hey, have you tried putting pressure to the lid of your scanner while it scans? I'm not sure if it will work on a little sketch book, but it works on my normal sized one for getting rid of that shadow.

Hanna is such a little kid! haha, like the easily excitable little brother who sometimes gets on your nerves, but you can't get mad at, 'cause he's just too adorably happy hahaha
Nameless zombie dude is and has always been my favourite though. I love his indifference (and build of his character - something about his lankiness is very aesthetically pleasing..well, lanky characters often are to me, but it works very well with his design and he's just lovely haha).
And poor Conrad! I will ALWAYS think of him as a Jr. Vampire as long as he has that one fang stickin' out thar! hahaha♥
As a general comment to you: your characters are always very interesting, funny and entertaining. The way they work together tends to flow really well..naturally. And that definitely transfers to your comics and storytelling.
Back to the point though, your sketches are great. Your style is so funky and distinct.
