New character of mine that I'm submitting as a fair-use npc for Memory-OCT

I have decided she will be relevant to a personal story of mine, but for the time being, this is all anyone needs to know.

RULES
If you want to use Indra in your entries for Memory, please abide by these:
1. Character death is off limits.
2. At no point in the tournament will she have access to enough emotional energy to drown the earth as mentioned above, so don't bother.
3. Indra does not kill. Do not use her to kill.
4. While one of the reference shots has her without a cloak, she should never be seen without it. Assume that it is permanently fixated to her head.

And that about covers it!
