You are right, rendering was done with Catmull-Rom setting instead of Area -> Makes hard and sharp reflections.

Render looks good overall.. only the reflections have to much fresnell...

Did u bone the character or did u pose the char with only the axispoints?

when i use white bg in vray render it always
become gray..is the vray renderer setting can affect it?

Try to either disable bg in vRay and use the default panel.. or enable it in vRay and set it to a clean white. (Yes, the vRay settings may affect the default settings)
