Animated preview of Dotter

This is a custom cursor I made (it reminds me of the Max Payne dot crosshair that I love so much, hence the name)
Everything is animated except the pointer (that's just a dot) and I tried to make everything fluid (I.E. when hovered over a text field, the black bg squishes into a line and the dot shrinks, duplicates and moves up and down instead of a choppy change of cursor) so I encourage you to try it s̶i̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶d̶o̶e̶s̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶l̶o̶o̶k̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶g̶o̶o̶d̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶t̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶i̶m̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶w̶i̶n̶g̶.̶ I added a link to the animated preview!
It works pretty well on light and dark themes (the animations have white and black colour changes to work with both styles)
