Osiris: approaches Amon, clearly something upsetting the cub “Where is Papa? I heard he went missing...”

Asra, following close behind: "Do you think he's okay, uncle?" Her face displayed several emotions, hard to make out what it was exactly

Karnak: Trailing after Asra and Osiris, evidently worried and debates with himself before speaking up "Ah, uncle... have you heard anything about dad? Is not true, isn't it?"

Karim: looks up from what he's doing, listening for what he has to say but narrowing his eyes with something stern--but majorly unreadable

Amon: visibly annoyed "Your ol' dad's perfectly fine, that Pinecone cats worried you for nothing. He's a big bad hunter isn't he? They're built for the worse of the worst"

Osiris: maybe... but what if he really is in trouble? Are you not going to do a thing about it?

Asra, her expression changing from not only a mix of worry and sadness, but to frustration as well: Are you sure he's fine? If he really is missing.. How would you know for sure?

Karnak: Did his best not to show his emotions, but Amon's attitude got under his skin "Then why isnt he back yet?! You have to do something!"

Karim: in a bit of a growl You know full well he's not just fine, Amon.

Amon: rolls his eyes, becoming more annoyed "I know that stubborn cat better than anyone else here besides he knew what he was signing up for, whatever's happened to him is his problem, not mine." gets in the faces of Karnak and Osiris "You boys are supposed to be hunters too, ain't ya? You can go look for him" turns to Karim with a smug expression "Or how about you, nows your chance Dad , go on save your boy, as far as I'm concerned he can stay out there."

Karim: eyes narrow coldly "You, are the most able-bodied cat to rescue him, don't pretend you aren't. Any of us go out there, you'll be sentencing your brother to death, and you're okay with that?"

Osiris: "And you want us, children, to go find our dad? C’mon, you can’t be that dumb." furrows his brow

Karnak: The fur on his neck and backside start to rise "Are you fine with never seeing him again?"

Neph: only just arriving and having no context to the conversation "He’s our dad, he’ll be back before you know it, and if not the hunters will go find him. There’s nothing out there that can hurt him, duh."

Asra paces with frustration and stress, then looking Amon dead in the eyes. “What if he doesn’t come back? What if we never see papa again?”

Venia: cold harsh voice that has an almost sickly sweet edge to it "Are you suggesting my sons' be responsible for bringing their father home when they are just cubs themselves." lowers her voice so that only Amon Ra and Karim can hear her threat "You need to get off your sorry hide and go rescue your brother. Stop expecting someone else to do the honorable thing and do whats right. And if you dont stop putting fear and doubt in my cubs heads, you wont like the end result." cold eyes stare blankly in the direction of Amon Ra, her voice thick with anger. To Asra she turned, directing her next comment to both her and Karnak. "He WILL be back, your father is strong, he will find a way." She said seriously, trying to soothe her cubs doubts.

Ahmes: When she had first heard the news, she couldn't hold it in. All her fears were crashing in on her and she couldn't let her family see her cry. She went out to soak some sun, maybe practice some training to get it off her mind. But when she walked in she saw several of her family members around Amon-Ra, seeming to try to convince him to go looking for her father. Though it appeared that he wasn't changing is mind to go any time soon. So she hoped that maybe, just maybe, she could help convince him to go save his brother.
"U-uncle Amon, you're not going to save him? You're not going to bring him home? Do you not love him? Is he not your brother!? The one you tell stories of having such great times with! " she started calm and said, but slowly her anger was building and showing, how could he not even try to save his own family?! "I know you don't like us or our mother, but don't you still love your brother?! Why don't you go save him? If not for us, for him. Save Your Brother! Because if you don't ans he never comes home, it will have been your fault, and you will have to live with that mistake for the rest of your sorry life!" she had tried to calm down a little, but she bursted, showing a little bitterness at the fact she still couldn't believe he'd abandon his own blood like that.
