I personally thought she was feeling guilty/bad with some of lack of sleep when I saw it but it wouldn't be a bad thing even if she was being distracted by Twilight's body. After all they just nearly kissed and I think even homosexauls will look at the outside package first. It's simply human nature to do so. Nothing more and nothing less.
