This was the end of "Sparkling Shimmer".
I was going to make a darker sequel though.
I attempted to continue the story with the xmas short (which have been since removed from DA) to test how people would react to darker stuff.
That didn't go over well.

There was no formal script, I don't exactly work that way.
Mostly scribbles and bullet points.
Also my writing isn't strong enough to do fanfics.
It's why I did a comic in the first place.

I respectfully disagree. You do solid dialog and character interactions, and writing is just one way of drawing a picture for the reader. I get not wanting to continue the comic if you didn't like the backlash. Part of why we create is for others to enjoy, and if the vocal majority is getting you down, it's hard to be motivated. But I would still like to know how things go for poor Moonie.

Sunset is apparently bisexual according to the director of EQG.
Though in my story she's actually a lesbian. Twilight being bisexual. (Pretty sure on EQG Twilight is straight though, or at least that's how I see her)

I'm glad you got this to a good conclusion. It's been a wild ride, but I'm glad I found it (and you) and stuck with it to the end.
I'm a little hesitant about sad things after such a sweet ending, but I guess we'll see what happens.
