Does your model allow you to bend the arms at the elbows? The arms just seem unnaturally stiff.
There's also no follow-through for any of the steps. When you're walking, your foot stays planted until your center of mass (for women, this is the waist) passes over it.
Nice job, though. I know nothing about animation or rendering, so I'm just pointing out the flaws as I see them in hopes that they help you become better.

I made this version, but someone else made the actual animation, I just used the motion data on Ruby's model
