Okay, yeah, there is no extension. But I renamed the filed and added ".psd" at the end and it worked, thanks!

I'm having problem with this too. But I think the problem is because the psd file doesn't have an extension. Perhaps you can check the file in the zip folder?

This is probably a silly question but what program are these actions for because I have photoshop but when I download the file it says there isn't a program that reads it?

these are for photoshop CS3 CS4 and CS5 I don't know what type of photoshop do you have so it may now work in your version :/
