If it were any other villain I'd agree with you. Chrysalis, however, is a love-sucking monster who feeds on the innocent and trusting. Snowdrop is pretty much her ideal victim.

Who knows? Maybe Snowdrop might be the ironic case. Where Chrysalis would TRY to do it, but then she would start crying and wonder "WHAT KIND OF MONSTER AM I?!?!?" But then again, it depends on the writing by the fans.
