Not quite sure about that, but one thing is certain is, the Russian trained and supplied 'ISIS Hunters' is a part of a newly formed 5th corps of the Syrian Arab Army, this particular group has been an icon on how Russian military influence, mainly supply and doctrine change Syrian Arab Army in recent years. They even has a Twitter and Facebook account that sometimes post their activity, i could cynically state that this unit is somehow a propaganda to boast about 'new' generation army within Syria.
