Actually she is only turned 50 degreees from pivot and i know the average human body can pivot their spine 45-75 degrees. The human arm can rotate further back as well. Then there are the rare breed of human contortionists that can do anything, but I assure you look at how far your spine turns in the mirror. If you think her spine is broken then my friend's spine is broken, but I am pretty sure her spine is far from broken.
