Description
Here it comes.
Rumbling up the hill,
a yellow, mechanical monster,
belching black smoke with every roar,
it loads us on & takes us
takes us all to the terrible place.

Many others are there besides us.
Friends, neighbors, even family.
They all come because they have no choice.
They all come to the terrible place.

We come & we listen to what they have to say.
We move elsewhere afterwards; Listen again, all day,
they say we're learning, but it's just an excuse,
an excuse to keep us in the terrible place.

And when the belching yellow monster comes back to take us home,
we sing & we play because we're finally gone.
Then the next day we get up & repeat it all again.
We go back to the terrible place.
