Question - what's a Hesper's Veil?

Ah, their veil determines the color of their teeth, tongue, claws, webbings on their toes, and the inside of their ears(the holes in the side of their head)
it can also determine what color their haze is, if they have that ability(breath out a fog through their mouth)
