~Tis how I prefer it~I got to sit down and actually draw something! Been too busy lately to do such things. Just a quick sketch...bout 5 minutes. The shading took longer than the drawing lawl~

It takes longer for me the get out of bed, take a wiz and get back into bed (thats right im THAT old)
And you can draw a wolf in that?! Its freaking awesome! Love the anatomy & look on the fellow.
The only thing i notice is the tail. It seems alittle bit out of place. But hey for 5 min, who cares!

How do you get a pencil drawing onto the computer and still be able to see it?
Maybe its just because my scanner is fossilized crap...

If your scanner is crap you should invest in photoshop: you can use the "levels" option to increase the contrast and darken the pencil lines. You can also start going over the drawings in pen to make them darker, or play around with your scaner settings when you scan it: higher quality images are easier to work with on a good machine.

Magnificent. I want to hug him and run away at the same time. No, I think I mostly want to hug him. Also, it always takes me longer to shadow than draw and then my shadows are lousy, too. XD

Thank you! Well, you COULD run away as you're hugging him. That way you get to do both X3 Yeah, shading is an art form in itself. It's not an easy thing to master for some people. I'll have to take a look, but I doubt your shadows are 'lousy'. Thanks again!! :3

Oh, that's a great idea. Hug-and-run. =3 Unfortunately I don't think I have any art that even is shadowed right now.
