I started this one, phew, months ago now, and put it on the burner because I wasnt at all satisfied with my capability to create backgrounds. So I started taking lessons, and translated some of what I learned, where applicable, from real life painting.
I wanted to go further with it, but the more and more I push, the riskier it was that I'd overload the memory on my PC, It already crashed the program many more times than I counted, and I didnt want to wind up with a corrupted file. That would have been very unpleasant, would you agree?

Anyway, It was done for a friend of mine, who'm absolutley loves the fallout franchise, so much so that she has her own vault suit, which I'm pretty jealous of.
One day, when Im rich, I'll get one of my own.
