An experiment in coloring and shading. Pretty nifty!I also quite love Eris, from that Sinbad animated movie Dreamworks made. Remember them? Actual animated movies? Maybe one day, We'll see one of those again.

Holy crap, man. This made me wanna rewatch that movie again. She's like the Dreamworks Maleficent! The animated one not the Joli one. Sadly, we will never see another animation again, brother. Unless it's an anime, or something from that French animation studio.
And that really sucks, cuz it was movies like this, and el dorado and the prince of egypt that gave dreamworks its start. And they abandoned the 2d medium just like Disney did. I guess to them the effort isn't worth it. And the sucky thing is, I think Pixar made it obsolete. They made 3D so goddamn good and convenient, that Disney and the rest of them realized that it's a better use of their time to rig and marionette something rather than drawing key frames.
But hopefully, Glen Keene lit a fire in their ass with Dear Basketball. It's a small hope that that'll start some sort of renaissance.

Eris' animation was some of the best put to screen I reckon.
It's not even that I dislike the 3D animation that's all the rage now, A lot of work goes into it, But it's all that. I want some damn variety.
I'll have to watch this Basketball one, I've heard all sorts of hype about it... I just don't care about the sportsball haha

Eris also reminded me of Disneys Hades. Mostly their mannerisms. And how they move when they're agitated.
And I feel the same about basketball, brother. But THIS. 'Dear Basketball' just caught me all hella surprised. Especially since Kobe Bryant wrote it. I said this guy wrote this!?
