Upon returning to London after having left the Jungle after the series of events that transpired there, Jane found the dreary life there Un-filfuling, draining and worst of all, painfully Un-exciting.Searching for something to fill that growing Void, she found a small, underground bar that ran an illegal betting and fighting ring, Hungry for the excitement that she once felt in the Jungle, She enlisted.

Seriously, though, Jane would be the most formidable opponent. She spent all that time in the jungle and she was trained by Tarzan himself. She would likely kick the ass of most of the Disney princesses.

I don't know what inspired your idea 
With all the dangers of the jungle, really could see a thrill seeker like Jane yearning to get another taste of it and be open minded enough to try her hand at this. Time to unleash her inner jungle beast she brought back with her from the wild in pugilistic glory
I hope we might get to see more of Jane gracing the ring in this manner.

Who would be better trained/prepared?
One has a Beast with an assortment of living furniture to back her up and supply a great supply of accommodations for training purposes. While the other has four ninja trained Turtles and even a Sensei rodent to back her up. No doubt April knows more danger being in NYC and a much GREATER assortment of villains to always put her in peril to force her to take in oodles of experience. And it isnt hard to tell this daredevil journalist isnt afraid to jump right in for a deadly scoop at her own risk... which might make her seem a little arrogant if not goading on a bad situation. And can't deny with recent hype, she'd have TONS of charisma on her side
(well, so long as Michael Bay doesn't totally ruin TMNT for everyone with his movie version)
While Belle certainly has adapted to the cold and fright of what it is to be kidnapped and overcome new, challenging and overwhelming surroundings and situations. And while some suspect some Stockholm's' Syndrome in her, it's been seen she has a lot of heart to drive her, which is great for a fueling source for determination. And got to say, Beast's own fighting style seems more rugged and fitting style to incorporate into down to earth pugilism rather than Ninja's & karate.

my boxing gloves could do puguilism, but of a different variety, hese hand would get that pictured fighter k.o.ed, and on the canvas, using a sort of wrestling only the chosen few who ever want to fight called boxling, i know of this sport, it's boxing in a wrestling style/wrestling in a boxing style, as depicted via some other devants' oc's showing off a mixof fighting styles, many people are always experimenting with unique and specific tecneques; i guess this fighter shall know what it will be about when she goes up against my oc character, boxina boxington who will make her debut in my gallery when i've 'created' and drawn her up, no way in hecksville would she ever be happy till she got loads of wins next to her name..... and ZERO loses!!! that is what would make the fighting surgeon/scientist/chemist/super-hero, ultra furious if she never won!! so no-one must upset this queen of mixed fighting methods, or else there will be trouble!! your work pleases me, thanx to you all your fighters would hopefully get a chance to shake 'hands' with boxina, and you can't argue with that....
