A New Challenger Appears : Cloud Storms Into The Battlefield!

Lately I've been super inspired to play Final Fantasy VII, as I haven't played the game since back when it first came out.

On my very first play through of FFVII I named the main character Cloud as "Zack" (one of my original characters back then) having no idea that there was another Zack in the story line of the game, which made certain parts later on incredibly confusing for me on my first play through. I have a vivid memory of being in Gongaga talking to Zack's parents about their son who joined SOLDIER, I was sure they were talking about Cloud, and I had no idea why they didn't recognize him!

Therefore, because I had such a strange experiance first time playing through the game, I feel that another play through is definitely deserved for the game.
also, oddly enough, the FFVII character of Zack Fair has become one of my favorite Final Fantasy characters because of his proactive attitude and hyper but serious character. I enjoyed Crisis Core and Last Order very much.

I've drawn his design a bit off, as I thought it might be cool if he had his shoulder straps on asymmetrical instead of parallel down. I also used the shoulder armor design from his new dissidia game appearance as I am really digging that style. His glove was made super big, as I've always been a fan of super large gloves + boots, kind of like Battle Chasers or Megaman aesthetic.
