SOOOO long time ago when I got back to the fandom I did this horrible chart:

And now I decided to updated it using as reference sizing of irl lions~

This is a very basic guide using males because.. mane size crap.
+ THIS TIME I added some sizing chart too, which may help you with the girls sizing.

Note that mane size and grow can change according to the lion species and genetic,
this guide is following the usual african lion mane size.

Some people think that Kion is a Tsavo because season 3 he still have a mane tuff,
yes maybe he can have that on genetics but it also can be the age.
Lions have 0 hair tuff when they reach a adult size so no mane kion at season 3 should be normal.

Kion and Kiara has the same size in the season 3 which is not full adult, reach around 12 months old in the chart.
So they may be twins using the chart as reference.

Even if they are not Kion should be 3-5 months younger than her.

Lions pregnancy usually takes 3 months, around 110 days in total.

6 months >> kids around 10 yo
1 year old >> pre-teens around 13 yo

8 years old > MID AGE > 50s
9 years old >> 60s
10 years old > ELDERS > 70s

Lions can live between 10 to 15 yos.
In perfect conditions up to 20, but in the nature this is almost impossible.

In real life.. 15 months lions can already produce cubs.
