well, most of my characters are youtube related sooo...
only 4 or 5 characters are truly mine.

that was me for a while but I revamped most of those characters for a universe I simple call, well, Revamp(for instance my versions of Dark and Anti became my babies Dainen and Alma who are probably my favorite ship in the entire universe.They still kept their colors of blue and green, yeah not red I'm shocked lel, and are still not human but have their own little story and everything that has nothing to do with youtube. Only reason this is is because I started making new versions of Dark and Anti more based on the "canon" and yeah...that happened)

y'know i've been debating on whether or not to do something similar for the characters i made that are basically just dark versions of youtubers(i have around 20 of them), because they may be dark counterparts, but they don't really interact with their originals(normal humans) that much(except dark and anti, who are trying to kill mark and jack to replace them). they sorta have their own world already, so i don't really have to do much. they'd still be dark counterparts, but they wouldn't really be the evil versions of the people(like canon dark and anti are to mark and jack), but just, counterparts to them. they'd probably still have the same names, too. and the designs. and everything else.
but still.

yeah I had an alternate for Pewds I called Spirix, and he was basically a Felix from an alternate universe who was possessed by a crazy spirit that made him kill all his friends in that world, so afterwards he was a broken person, and he left that world to the universe of the "Stranded" story(my original Dark and Anti story)and that's how he met Anti and Dark and became Felix's dark side
In the new universe, his name is Sphirix(still named Felix before)and he was possessed and he killed his wife, 2 year old daughter, siblings, friends, parents, and pets, and then himself. The ghost inside him, that I named Bubblegum(he is pink so yeah)felt bad and saved him from death, so they kinda fused but didn't. Felix is the mental part, but Bubblegum is the body controls, so it's different from the original
So that's just an example. I kinda put them in a fictional world unrelated to the Youtubers but that was just me(a lot of them were alternates of Mark and Jack. Like I have these two OCs now names Kasai and Chisai who are remakes of my elemental versions of Mark and Jack)

the most story any of the dark counterparts have is dark's, and it's not completely thought out(at least, i don't think it's complete).

...it came to me during school for some reason lel. There is a lot of thought put into my "children" and it results in a lot of depressing things

that's actually where i got the designs for dark and anti(i was in grade 7 btw). i was just doodling stuff a couple months before summer and drew them. i changed their design slightly the next time i drew them(september last year(in grade 8)), then i did some tiny alterations the next time, and they became their official designs. then i added a thing to them a couple months ago. the main thing they always had though, was their eyes, anti's eyepatch, and dark's shirt. i didn't really think of much else during school, or maybe i did and my memory's just failing me, but idk.
and i also try to put thought into them too. but usually about a few weeks after creating them.
i think some of the worst things i think of are for dark.

i got into making alter egos in like eighth grade and then over the summer I drew my Dark with a bit longer hair and the scarf Anti gave him in my AU was longer too...and in the original story Dark(now Dainen)was an abused little baby....I kinda tortured him to the point where he almost died(he wasn't actually the real Dark, he was a creation Anti made because Anti was lonely, but Dark couldn't feel emotions so Anti gave up his emotions, except for hatred and jealousy because those made Anti who he truly was, and this kinda turned Dark a lot more like Mark and Anti even crueler than the canon Anti but yeah)thanks to Anti...but other than that...I kinda forgot about them for a while but went back and remade them and I am now super happy about how it turned out

also my dark actually did die once. he still has a mark where it happened.
there's more stuff that happened to him, like making the mistake of being friends with daniel's dark counterpart.

yeah i had too much time on my hands...and it was kind of the middle of summer when i did all that recreation of them. And tbh i am so proud of the recreations, especially Sphirix and V(V is a recreation of my Virus Cry, and originally was kind of overprotective of Anti, and was Anti's right hand man, heck he tried to kill Dark when Anti and Dark fell in love, and now instead of that, V is a yandere for Sphirix...and he has a closet full of coffins which contain his victims)

yep he is my crazy robo yandere son who killed his dad because his dad was a jerk and killed his mom to spare her the pain of the disease she had, and then turned himself into a robot, thought he killed his friend, tried to kill himself, and now lives a pretty ok life

it's ok, there are times i still just improvise, mostly AUs and stuff, but improv and making things up as you go can be kinda fun
