I purchased Asesprite a bit ago and decided I wanted to get a hang of it. The Mega Man X series has been one of my faves in regards to spritework for a while now, probably because I like the robot animals, so I'm using them as sort of a starting point, as well as some idea dumping.

Gravity Serpent, when not charged, fires a serpent that will orbit around X, blocking weak shots. If it gets hit by a powerful shot, it will fade away. Pressing special weapon button again will cause it to home in on the nearest enemy.

X, Batton, and Explosion sprites come from the original Mega Man X game.
