Your Ralsei lacks the horns on his head and the lighting on the hat and robes. It should be a bit brighter. It is kinda dull tbh especially your background... You need to shift the hues a bit so the lighting and shadowing will look more natural. He already has hair (fur) so you dont have to place "like human hair" and the ears look like long, fluffed sausages XD. Don't forget the teeth looks a bit "furry". I like the effect of the glasses and the snout light. I like the way your scarf but it looks like its nearly choking him. Its too tight for a scarf to be worn like that. You can also put some extra details on the eyes and the background like a star or his magic (whatever that is). :3
Ps. Idk if thats a boy or a girl based on your description. There's some discrepancies in it 😅. And this is the first critique I have made :3
