Animal Crossing series by Nintendo, Katsuya Eguchi and Hisashi Nogami
First Appearance: Animal Crossing: New Leaf (Nintendo 3DS 2012)
Isabelle is the aide to the mayor, in this case, you, in the World of Animal Crossing. She answers the phone, she greets you when you arrive at your office, and she also keeps things in order while you're away. With her help, you can set new ordinances and construct new buildings and landmarks to your town to make it to your liking. She's very friendly and open-minded, but also a bit scatter-brained, and can be very hard on herself when she gets distracted. Her twin brother is Digby, who runs the Happy Home Showcase.
Isabelle appears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS & Wii U as an Assist Trophy, where she tosses fruits to her summoner to recover their damage. Her likeness is also the basis for an outfit for the Mii Gunner.

I always had a feeling she was gonna join the roster despite the initial hate she got. But I'm glad she got a chance to Smash and for a semi-Echo, she's not bad. I prefer Villager but Isabelle is something cool to see in Smash while still being adorable.
