A mysterious masked swordsman who seems to bear some kind of rivalry with Kirby. Meta Knight follows a code of honor, and will hand Kirby a sword so they can duel. He can also transform his cape into a pair of bat-like wings. Meta Knight has made numerous attempts to stop the appearance of the Dark Matter, even standing in Kirby's way to prevent him from activating it without realizing.

I could never really get used to Meta Knight in Smash but I still love his inclusion and most of his moves and palettes including his new FS!

He was originally one of my mains in Brawl, but the nerfs he's received in the following games, while necessary, made him feel too different to what I was used to at the time.

I understand that kinda. With Yoshi, he was my main that I loved using but wasn't that good with until Brawl and Smash 4 with the buffs including his Up B buff. Made me love the guy even more but going back to the pre Brawl games made my experience with Yoshi too different and awkward compared to the past.

Actually, I did base the piece on a piece of fanart somewhere. I sort of recreated it because I liked it so much. The updated version, with the wings and gauntlets, is fortunately better differentiated.
