I saw the trailer looks good but when I see it is it gonna be worth it? Don't get me wrong I like the reboot designs I just wanna be sure overall I think robocop is awesome

Loved the movie, My only issue with this Armor is its basically wearing KITT from Knight Rider, its the Red stripe i think
Though i was glad to see he wears the Blue Grey version in the final scene so its all goodΒ

It would be fine if they didn't have the visor that goes swish (sorry for the Toy Story reference) and the human hand. I can't wait for the movie either, though. My hope is that it's not just a violent action movie, but something that hits on similarly complex themes like the original did.

I like the theme the story of this movie gives off though.
Original- Β Man turned into machine regains his humanity, only to have it taken away in the next movie.
Remake- Man fights to keep his humanity and not give in to the machine. Β

I thought the original sequel was kinda stupid. They did what Ghostbusters did with their sequel (i.e. made the same movie).
My problem with the sequel was that the end of the first movie ended with Robocop definitively answering who he was with "I'm Detective Alex Murphy." or something similar to that. Opening scenes of the next movie, he's treated like a computer that can be programmed and not a person.
Like I said, I await with anticipation with mixed feelings.
