Right, well you know that's up to you, and we all create our OCs for fun, but if you're planning on making him stronger than Levi, personally I think it'd be wise to create a good back story, explaining why he is stronger than Levi, since Levi is pretty much one of the strongest characters in the series due to his upbringing and the fact that he is an Ackerman, since they have some sort of hidden power that we have yet to find out what it is exactly. This is so you can avoid people calling your character a Gary Stu, I've read a lot of OCs reviews and they're actually pretty helpful, some might be a bit too harsh, but they do help improve your OC. My character Raven started of as a Mikasa wanna be, and she still kind of is, I'm trying to make her be her own character.

Well for my OC he used to live outside the walls before he come to lived inside the walls

Mmmmmm... well you know I'm not the right person to judge characters since mine is far from being an almost okay character, but I believe you should provide more details, like how he came to have such strength, did he do some special training? who was his mentor and so on because no one can be self taught in self defense and martial arts. Even Levi couldn't teach himself how to survive, Kenny taught him everything he knew, and Annie as well, who is pretty good in hand to hand combat, and she was taught by her father.Β
