Im not sure if the skin texture works on this image at this scale and I think you may have left a little of the texture on the white background by her left foot. Sorry to be a little negative on this one, but I do study your work for some time. Love the character though.

You are totally right, the skin detail is lost at this resolution, I have to upload a closer shot or an actual scene with her, that's in my TODO list.
One thing I love more than favs and comments is constructive criticism and/or reports of flaws or missing details, so thank you!!
I have updated the image and is now at a slightly higher resolution (about 20%, but not enough to bring enough detail), and the accidental brushes that I missed next to her foot is now gone
"but I do study your work for some time"
That made my day

By studying the work of others is how we improve. I am learning quite a lot from your renders.

Really? that's awesome! If you use poser I'm willing to share my render settings and lighting set, I have it ready in an empty poser scene.
You'd be surprised how simple my lighting setup is, just 3 lights, global (IBL+AO), main (shadows) and rim (highlights), all infinite lights.

Is it a premade set or one you developed yourself?

One I developed myself over the course of my experiences with poser, it's the result of my attempts to have one-scene solution for all of my renders, specially the girls portraits. It's high quality yet light on resources, easy to modify and adapt, or so I say myself. I have tried many packages and always fall back to mine for one reason or another. This set of lightning+render settings in combination with VSS as the skin shader of choice give me the results I pursue.

Yep I agree for character renders you need to keep the lighting the same to give them a uniform look. You have one hell of a character collection developing. Was there any reason you did them? Was it as a role playing game resource or something?

Well, I have so many plans for them but so little time. I would like to:
- Do a mini-series of comic strips.
- Work on a battle tournament
- Put them in a videogame. I have the technical skills (did some successful tests with the engine) but I would need LOTS of time, and an animator willing to give life to the characters.

Actually, she's ready to uncover her left eye, and once she does, it's over for you. What happens? no one has ever survived to find out, yet.

Yes, if you take a closer look at her skin, it looks damaged, that's the result of a magically imbued mirror created to reflect her glare.

Thanks! It took me a while to get the right tone the displacement map on the skin. Too bad on this image you can't see the detail on her face. It's sort of a dry/cracked/corrupted skin.
