I like this piece a lot better than he last one.
The contrast of the blue against black really makes it Pop out,
The smoky aura of the blue really effects the impact of and gives it a mysterious atmosphere. Without it, this would just be a picture of a bunch of boring blue dots in a neat arrangement.

Overall, I have to say that this I a great piece of art but could use improvement. I am aware that you work extremely hard for these (probably) and since you use photography, this must have been hard.
