The thing is, due to economical conditions in Russia neither of us has a place of our own. And coming to my city without warning to stay at my parents' place wasn't nice of her. Neither was trying to make me break up with some of my friends, though.
...I never actually liked her. I was only interested in her free art lessons.

okay, you totally had me on your side up until that last sentence. that's just downright terrible! i mean, you must have liked her at the time, right? just bitter feelings in the aftermath?
on a side note, i'm kind of glad to hear that america isn't the only place with an atrocious economy; i swear, NOBODY here has a place of their own until they're at least 30.

You should have seen her. She had a face only a mother could love and a temper to match. She should be grateful for whatever displays of affection she gets in her life.

are you kidding me? hell no! before I went back to school, I worked full-time i still couldn't afford a place; nobody i know can, and almost all of them work full-time! it's horrendous; i want to move to europe.
anyway, that's terrible that you went out with her if you thought she was that gross!
