Sometimes when you draw a face no matter how you draw it it doesn’t turn out right. If I moved the pupils to the center, it didn’t look so hot. I change how the face interacts depending on the pose, so sometimes I move the nose more to one side to make it more dynamic.

The face was more believable in the first pose I was going to give her, but there the overall anatomy wasn’t working out in relation to the head and face, so I went with this one despite having trouble with the face.

The eyes are the same size but what probably puts it off is the fact the one of them is raised (because I can’t draw straight to save my life) In the end, before posting it online and messing around with PS, I decided I didn’t want to PS it and to leave it some because the adjustments weren’t really working out

AH I see what you mean, I went through that same thing on this one drawing i did last year and then i deleted it right after Lol. A whole 2 hours wasted on adjusting the face.

I think it’s an appeal thing,
like it gives them character but at the same time it doesn’t?

Like I feel like you never see the villain with that look, if they do they’ve got a fake tooth to hide it. It’s usually a positive character or one that’s somewhat upbeat.
