Chibiusa/ Rini fanart PGSM I saw an artist, kicked-in-teeth , who made a few old windows browser pixel art which made me want to make one too. For the longest time, I couldn't figure out what to draw in it. Anyway, goodnight ( ′ω ` ) I'm tired after having worked on this.
At first I thought about dressing her in her senshi attire, but then I thought it didn't make sense, so I based her outfit off of a non-canon outfit Naoko Takeuchi illustrated her in once. I really love her work , and I especially loved the style of the original series of which I tried to keep in mind when doing the background. I feel like this is my most successful pixel art piece from Smile Basic in a while. Too bad I can't actually upload the true file ; v ;
has anyone ever mentioned how confusing (pink) pixel hair can be?

For the inner scouts it’s Mercury, but I do like Venus’s jokes, and as a person I kinda relate to Sailor Moon the most.
For the outers it’s Sailor Saturn but they’re all cool in general.
