The voice actress is Sawashiro Miyuki, she dubbed chars in animes like Canaan, Kannagi and Kurenai.
The char name is Cal Devens from Requiem of Phantom, by the way ^^

I haven't actually taken much notice of her, because she changes her voice a lot (ie Aruru from Utawarerumono). Just watched Canaan about an hour before... so I know what her voice sounds like.

I haven't downloaded Canaan yet, so I can't tell how her voice is, but if you watch either this anime or Kannagi, you'll know what I'm talking about when I said "sweet voice"
Phantom's main theme is "girls with guns" so if you like it, you really should watch it! It's a pretty popular anime ^^

Canaan is worth watching. oh lol in Canaan she doesn't have that sort of "sweet voice" in my opinion, probably because her character she's playing has to have a more δΉ±ζ΄.

haha, I always much prefer to watch it a few weeks after it airs, so I can easily catch up and be up to date.

I only do that when I watch an old series..
when there are new series which are very popular after airing the first few episodes, they become a "must watch" for me ^^
I also get to enjoy the series for a longer period of time, and gives me time to make fanarts as well.
