It's got something frm 80s/90s sf painting when it comes to atmosphere. I just can't take my eyes off this. What's wrong with this picture it catches so much viewer's attention?

The palette is a virtual program, as well as the colors and brush and brush stroke^^

I think it's glowing so maybe the light is distorted by the "camera" of the viewer. That's what I thought at least. lol.
