It's a random pun I made in my Predictions for chapter 7 The Runnaway [link] in the last panel Ty Lee tells a scary campfire story about a witch that eats kittens, and Azula says "what's so scary about that?" while eating a kitten in a bun. People liked the Azula/kittenburger thing so I've been keeping it alive
