Description
FLUSSPIER comes from German which means River Pier. Flusspier is a temporary building located on the coast of the UPJ river with a site dimension of 28 m² functioning only as private space. Flusspier presents a direct view overlooking the UPJ river. It consists of 3 (three) sub-rooms namely brainstorming room, me-time room, and inspiration room.

In accordance with the condition of the contoured tread on the river coast, Flusspier has the concept of the over slope method. Which is a building erected with pillars under the building. This method is also commonly known as stage building.
