The second kiss sequence belongs to a movie not many know but I like a lot (quite something above 'guility pleasure' level), that is the Goodtimes/Jetlag/Golden Films version of 'The Three Musketeers' story

Here are the Queen of France (L) and her seamstress/friend and D'Artagnan's beloved Constance Bonacieux (R). The movie itself revolves in a 'loosely-adapted' version of original book, where the Musketeers has to stop a vile plot by Richelieu, Rochefort and Milady (who here does a small apperance than other versions) to smear the Queen to her her people and her husband, the King.

Well, this scene is an imagiation based on a scene of the movie, where Constance visits the Queen, who was jailed accused of treason due to suspicions she were betraying the France the Duke of the Buckingham, representing here the 'evil' England. As D'Artagnan's belle tried to convince Your Highness to tell the truth about the relationship between them (no spoiling here, but there is a VERY plot twist), the Queen dissuades from it.
