There was a time where the world 'snowflake' didn't meant something who could deliver rage and disruption among people. It was the time where the word actually meant an actual flake of snow. Or an one-time character from He-Man and the Masters of the UniverseYes, this blonde with the viking-like headgear is actually named Snowflake. To some, a perceived pun on Snow White, she appears in 'The Region of Ice' episode. Coming from the aforemetioned place, she is daughter of the local ruler, the Ice Lord, and appears to have control over ice and snow(well, with her name...)
Captured by Skeletor's minions, she is saved by He-Man (of course) and gives a little bit of her cold power to show the villains she can't be tamed. Plus Orko got a little infatuated by there, but that's also quite obvious as you can see
