Everyone sees the older brother as some evil creature.
The way I see it is they're brothers.
Anyone who has siblings know the youngest tends to get picked on.
And obviously in the game he was only trying to scare his brother.. Not harm or kill him.
(not that scaring him is nice in the first place, but still.)
He was obviously in shock at the end.
And he did apologize.. I don't know if it was for hurting him, or for everything he's ever done to him, but he apologized.
So yeah, I just see him as a big brother who picks on his little brother...
(the little brother seems to have some major anxiety problems, so that makes the older brother look even worse than he is.)
So yeah, I think he cares. (:
I think he cares a lot.
He's just doing what big brothers do.
I don't think he ever meant any real harm.
Also you have to remember that the older brother's probably only like ten or something.

Obviously he was trying to scare him. That wasn't an accident.
But it seemed obvious to me that he was pretty heartbroken over what happened.
All the kids were laughing until it crushed his head.
Then they just froze and stared.
And then at the end he was apologizing, even when he didn't know if his brother could even hear him.
You have to remember, he's just a kid himself.
And you tend to get carried away as a kid.
Especially when all your friends are being mean too.
I can only imagine the horror that took place for him after that moment of shock was over.
So I don't think he ever meant any serious harm.

Ah finally someone sees it the same!
I'm sick of seeing comments saying something like, "stupid older brother" "he's so evil" like he doesn't feel anything. He's sorry in the end; he never meant for anything to come out of it. He's just a kid.
Personally I don't see anyone as evil, but even if there was someone that did...he's still just a kid...bruh dun judge people make mistakes bruh...

The only character who'd I'd legitimately call evil is the killer. (AKA Purple Guy.)
I see so many people who just adore him.
And don't get me wrong, I love me a good villain as much as the next guy. They're usually great characters.
But like.. especially if you've read the book.. The dude is just messed up.
Like, his logic for killing children is just... ... there is no logic.
And then the game version is like.. dude, how many kids have you killed now? Like, 4037493875385?
But I've never really seen the animatronics as evil.
I see them as confused, scared, sad, angry children.
But they ARE dangerous, so you have to do what it takes to protect yourself.
I don't know, I just tend to look at fnaf differently than most of the internet. Haha!

I don't read the book, and Scott himself said it wasn't tied in with the game (I hope he's sticking to that...).
But, yeah, I don't see how people think he's so smexy or whatever. Personally...ah, I'm obsessed with redemption, and I felt bad for PG after FNaF 3, especially if it follows the theory that he killed the kids 'cause the they hurt his son, but...

The book shared a lot of the same elements with the game..if that makes sense..
It also gave more..personality to the animatronics.
Especially Fredbear/golden freddy and Foxy.
My goodness, my heart was breaking in a creepy sort of way with a few scenes with Foxy.
It revealed the killer's name and motives and what he did before he became a killer.
It gave insight to why the animatronics actually attack you (and boy were they aggressive. Especially Foxy. That guy was insane. Except with kids, they like kids.) instead of the whole "they think you're an endoskeleton" thing.
It was all very interesting.
I thought purple guy was probably the father too..
(although I don't think that still gives him any right to kill children, but it would explain why.)
But if it uses the same sort of ideas/elements in the games, then I'd say PG was not the father.. if anyone was, my guess would be Phone Guy. (I don't think they're the same character. But I could be wrong.)
Plus in fnaf 4 when you can hear the phone call played backwards.. to me that kind of makes me think that Scott put those in there to let you know that's the voice of the child's father as he's laying in the hospital bed dying. (he just probably didn't want to record all new dialog, and dialog there wasn't important.)
Of course, then there's the dream theory, so that would just ruin my theory.

That's what I love about these games.
We're all just squirming around in the dark trying to figure out the truth and Scott is just laughing at us from a safe distance. Haha!

It's probably not accurate, though- I refuse to read the book (that Scott said wasn't attached to the game? It's not cannon?) and I can't finish FNaF World for my life- but, y'know, eh.

It IS cannon, but.. it's in it's own universe if that makes sense.
Like there have been different Transformers.. Or different Ninja Turtles.. Or stuff like that.
Same characters, same elements, different stories.

But you don't HAVE to read it in order to (coughSOMEWHATcough) understand the games..
It just helped me get a new perspective on the series. Made me think about things I wouldn't have before.
Made me even more emotional over the missing children. Haha!
But it's definitely not necessary.
But it IS showing me that these games CAN be made into a movie without it being absolutely terrible. (:
Fnaf World is definitely not cannon. It's more of Scott just throwing all the humor of himself and the internet into a game and poking fun at the franchise.
Although it IS very funny and charming, IMO. (:
