Okay, by no means am I a GREAT Overworld spriter.The left is the older crystal overworld sprite, i was (trying) to get it to look more like the trainer sprite, by making the hair on the front look more like hers, giving her gloves, and making the hair look like its long-ish on the back.
due to my sucky OV nature, i just, well, tried to change the shape of the hair...
by no means is it good. -_-
i'll probably have to bite the bullet and scratch the hair.
EDIT: i did a new actual look for her based loosely on the 4th Gym leader Flannery. (or whatever she's called)
it fits slightly more with the 'style' of pokemon overworld sprites, although i'm wondering if it looks decent.
EDIT AGAIN: I added a taller version of the new look.

I think the fourth one is looking really nice. It fits the trainer sprite perfectly now. adding the belt was a nice touch.
