I read the comment of the Mortal Kombat thing and its Kitana. Kitana is princess of a realm called outworld. Her father Shao Kahn had a sorccerer known as Shang Tsung make Milena. She is Kitana and a race called Tarkatan which is humaniod race but with steel blades in their arms and bone structures. Miliena is part Tarkatan, but fashioned as Kitana's clone.
yeah its confusing but playing the new Mortal Kombat will explain it.
