Decided to do another redesign pic from one of my favorite anime.The crowd knows that you've gotta get a pic before they stop posing. = P
(I'm really happy with how Stocking's hair turned out.)

I know it has more of a deep blue tone to it but I wanted to give it a lighter color, without it looking too blue, in this picture, implying it having naturally gotten lighter during the summer. (Something that happens to several women I know.)
