If I could find Casey Hudson I think I would give that man a giant hug and just thank him for all that was shown today.
If anyone haven't seen the ME3 trailers and gameplay from during EA's E3 press conference, then you're missing out. It was amazing, and that's not even enough to express it. And the best part is: this is only the beginning.
Made this in about an hour, and I'm not ashamed to say that I'm using my own wallpaper as the background on my PS3. I mean, Shepard looks better than ever. And what can I say, I love me some Sheploo.
Commander Shepard and Mass Effect 3 both belong to BioWare.

Out of curiosity:
According to both mass effect 1&2, the reapers explained that they darkened the sky of every world and that they destroyed the prothean defences easily.......so why would they take so long to destroy Earth?
One reaper nearly completly destroyed the citadel fleet and it's alliance fifth fleet reinforcements, so what possible defence on earth could keep an entire fleet of reapers at bay?

That's what they claim. But if you remember what Vigil said that it took centuries to completely wipe out the Protheans it makes sense. They not only destroy civilizations, but the also harvest them (hence the name Reapers) which means simply nuking them from orbit is not enough. They are also methodical, and that takes time as well.

Sorry for the late reply, but I've actually been thinking about your question. To be honest, I don't know what takes them so long.
Only thing I've been able to come up with is after the Reapers are done destroying everything, they all sit down and have a tea party while waiting for Shepard.
Other than that, I have absolutely no idea.

When I read the transcript from the conference, one thing stuck out more than the rest. "Veteran in the new Normal."

I'm sorry I made you feel bad. If it makes you feel any better, the trailers and gameplay vids are all over the place now. I can't wait either. March seems so far away. I'm waiting for them to announce the ultimate CE, and then yeah I'm preorderin' it too. Huh, I missed that. It sucks that I'm playing ME2 on Hardcore and that's been a rough journey. And I've still got Insanity to do. Sigh.

Secondly - I'm still inwardly squeeing like an over-excited fangirl (which I am) after everything I saw regarding ME3 from the E3 conference. I so can't wait for the game to come out. It'll be a nice early b-day present for me since it's set to release 10 days before my birthday. Already have the CE ordered... and OMG Anderson looks absolutely AMAZING! Yeah... I'm excited

It's the nickname for the default male Shepard, since his face was modeled from Mark Vanderloo (who is coincidentally a model). Oh don't worry, it took me forever to figure out what the hell it means. XD

I have all the trailers and demos from Gametrailers.com saved on my YouTube account - saw them first hand at the conference streaming and now have them to watch whenever I want to. All I know is there had better be a damned Joker romance in this one or my Kara will be one upset lady because in game I might end up having to default to Kaidan and I don't wanna! Only thing that disappointed me with the Earth demo was they just had to have Ashley shown... since one of my girls is a Kaidan loyalist and the other a Joker lady, I wanted to see the men, not Ash! Anderson, though, they made him look so kickass compared to the first and second game... and you get to fight beside him!
Btw, the one part that cracked me up in one of the demos... when Shep was wondering if Wrex would be at the checkpoint waiting for them, the Krogran Princess said "Wrex can't keep his hands off a fertile female. He'll be there."

Exactly! I'd totally jump at the chance to kill Udina. I've disliked him since I started playing the games, but now I hate that little prick because of what he did in ME1 (I played ME2 first).

Udina = dead backstabber. No matter whether I play a Paragon or Renegade (or combo of the two), whenever I see him in ME2 I'm all "You're the last person I wanted to see"

Love hitting al-Jilani! Doesn't matter if my Shep is Paragon or Renegade, she gets it constantly. Also enjoy watching the vid in the Shadow Broker's base of the krogan decking her over and over and over again. I get the giggles every single time.
