Hello! I am here. Let me just say that I am so incredibly grateful for the extension for this DTA. My carpal tunnel syndrome has been inconveniencing me lately, so drawing has been slow and pretty painful. so this was done over a couple of weeks with short sessions, stopping as I needed to. I absolutely adored working on this despite the pain, and looking at it completed makes me smile~ I spent such a long time on it, and I hope my effort and affection show in it. <3 This Paca is absolutely stunning, and I'm still in awe of how beautiful the design is. I hope I did this Paca justice in this piece~ I wanted to showcase the beauty of the design itself while incorporating that colorful touch of spring that comes to mind when looking at this character.

so, the character I have in mind for this little Paca is definitely a fun one, at least for me~ I'd like to make this character male, and name him Erith, which means "resembling a flower." He is beautiful and approachable, and is often crowded by those who are attracted to those qualities. He is, however, incredibly introverted and would prefer to simply be left alone. Most, if not all, attention directed his way is unwanted, but he is not confrontational and so finds it difficult to escape from said attention. He is very polite and shy, and so finds it hard to be assertive and honest about his true thoughts and emotions. He would be considered well liked, but hard to get close to.

Erith would prefer to either be alone, or be in the company of few but special friends, ones that know and understand who he truly is. These few friends are precious to him, and he is fiercely loyal and dedicated to them. He gets along best with, perhaps surprisingly, those who are lively and honest, even bluntly so. He feels he doesn't have to hide anything from those who are open themselves. He enjoys nature and the beauty of it, and can often be found in tree tops or flower fields or staring up into the sky. He sometimes wishes he could be a cloud, drifting carefree in the sky, looking down upon a beautiful world. He is prone to daydreaming and as such can easily be caught off-guard. He enjoys the simpler things in life, and just wishes to be comfortable and worry-free. This doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy his fair share of fun and silliness, as long as it is with those he truly enjoys being around.
