Another one of my favorite Tales Mystic Artes from Tales of Symphonia this time~ Colette Brunel's Holy Judgment~
I'm a big fan of Colette~ (secretly likes Dojikko characters)The magic circle below her was something i made myself... So yeah i know it's not the exact magic circle thingy... but it's hard to find one of hers... so I had to make do... I also yanked the Hi-Ougi name placeholder from a video, so don't mind the quality OTL.

Photoshop can do it. Just use the filters. In this case, it's the POLAR COORDINATES filter...

As for the Glyph, you only really need on filter in photoshop... POLAR COORDINATES. Try it out.

I never liked Holy Judgement. Not because it's a bad attack, but because if you mess up a spell, it should either NOT WORK, or it should KILL YOU. One of those beams should be falling on her head right now!

The magic glyphs are actually kinda simple... kinda.
You just need to have an eye for what looks good in a glyph and what's not...
