Description
This is Red Waters. He is the antagonist of my original story, "Repay". In the story, he is the leader of a group called IDEC (Inspection, Disposal, and Extermination of the Contaminated). The IDEC's mission is to cleanse the world of what they see as evil.
In the past, Red was known as "Akaiko". After his parents were murdered, he gained the power to “make the earth bleed”, which allows him to manipulate all of the blood that has been spilled in the world to his own cause. He made it his goal to use his powers to rid the world of people like the ones who took his parents from him, leading to the creation of the IDEC.
His intentions were good at first, but over time, his killing gets a little out of hand. (but I still adore him! )
