Slimes from Dragon Quest are cool. Almost as cool as Poo Snakes from Blue Dragon.I've always liked the much frowned upon "Ink & Paint" shader, 3dsmax's cel shader shader. SHADER! I think people don't like it because it's the easy way out of texturing.
Well I tried to fiddle with the settings, throw on some ambient occlusion, and a add pinch of photoshop to make a tasty treat. If you lick the screen you can taste blueberry, strawberry, and gooberry.

Hey not bad, I like.... The thumbnail makes it look like it was a vector image. I love the subtle color bleeding between the different colored slimes, and the pixelated background is a nice touch.
Wait a minute... it just occured to me that they all have spikes on their heads. So are they penetrating each other
