Description
One of my more recent drawings. As most of my pics I sketch them with pencil, scan them, and draw them in Photoshop using my Wacom Volito
She is Tuon, and since this is a fanartpic I wont give away more than She's from "Wheel of Time" series by Robert Jordan. Those of you who've read it, you'll know her

This is the best Tuon I've seen- its how I imagined her in my head. A few people I talked to glossed over Seanchan having black people, and thought them all asian. I love how you drew her like an African queen with the randland style of dress. Her expression is great too.

I like this, but I was under the impression her skin colour was different...and that she was, for all intents and purposes, flat as a board.

I always pictured her more Chinese/Japanese, myself. I don't remember (most of) the Seanchan being as dark as the Atha'an Miere.

that's whatI got that from anyway... but:
"Seanchan's culture and people shows many correspondences to the culture and people of East Asia, as well as the Ottoman Empire. The Seanchan continent is also similar to Asia in its vast size. However, the people of Seanchan do not, at the very least, all possess an Asian physical appearance, given that some have been mentioned as having blonde hair. Due to its size, Seanchan can be assumed to be home to a wide range of ethnicities."

Just to add one thingh, Tuon is supposed to be boyish in shape, not much curves...
Anyways, really nice drawing, I usally don't like this style too much(perhaps beacause I can't handle it) but this drawing is really good...

Hmmmm, I'm not completely sure, it was along time since I drew this or read the books but I think their skin was dark, what I got in mind was african-dark

Ohhh, this is wonderful! I haven't seen much WoT art that I've liked, but this one's great! I like her expression, and her pose, and the sense of movement that you catch. Really good!

Wow, this is great. It's not often that you see people tackling darker skin tones. The colors are very vivid and this has a very nice flow to it. You even managed to make everything look so shimmery. Nice.
